Perfect location
Posted 20 Dec 2019 on HotelsGreat location and the room was very clean and quiet at night. We had a car that we were ble to park across bridge at no charge. Plenty of restaurants and site seeing steps away. We plan on returning for a longer visit and will stay here again

Needs improvement!
Posted 30 Aug 2019 on HotelsOwner Ana failed to notify us in advance of our arrival that she requires only cash. When we did so, despite incurring unnecessary atm 13% surcharges plus bank fees. She refused to give its it's a paid receipt. And refused to mark the invoice as paid. She sent her friend to check us in who neglected to mention one of the light switches operated the hot water heater. By the time she responded to our complaints of cold showers, it had been 3 days without a warm shower. She was very defensive and unprofessional. Other reviewers also mentioned lack of notice of cash only.

Dear Susan,
At the time of your reservation, you had two options for payment, to either pay by credit card at time of reservation or you could pay cash upon arrival. You choose to pay cash and you were aware of that at time of check-in. I apologize for the additional ATM fees, but that was your preference and could have been avoided.
At the scheduled time of your departure, you were late 30 minutes while your taxi driver and I waited patiently. At that time, you began searching for the nearest ATM machine. I continued waiting patiently and reassuring the taxi driver to wait for you to return. I then gave you the receipt before you handed me the money. I handled your stay with us very professionally with the upmost maximum tolerance bearing in mind that you handled this whole situation very negligently.
Regarding your false complaint about days without warm water, this is totally untrue. You sent an e-mail late that evening that you have no warm water, the following morning the daily housekeeper saw that you turned off the hot water switch.
I believe that in your future travel accommodations you will be more aware so as to avoid these sort of circumstances which you brought upon yourself, and then you will have more time to enjoy the beauty of the city, which is quite impressive.

Great room in the centre of Omis with nice host.
Posted 19 Jul 2017Great short stay in this hotel. Room was quiet and comfortable and located in the centre of Omis. Host was great ringing us before hand to help provide location info and the coffee on the bed for later was a nice touch. Looked after bags for us while we went rafting.

Good room in the middle of Omis
Posted 10 Jul 2017 on HotelsIt was good, but quality of your sleep will vary of the room you get. We stayed in room nr 5 because our room nr 1 had problem with boiler. It was very good bed and less noise, at second day we were moved to room nr 1(boiler got fixed) and had 2 terrible nights... Almost no sleep for my gf, so we asked if we could switch and moved back to nr 5 there we spent our last night. Ana is a good host and can be reached on her phone if you have any questions/complications...

Posted 23 Oct 2018 on HotelsEt helt igennem super dejligt Studio, pænt indrette, køkken med alt hvad man har brug for hvis man selv vil lave mad, meget pænt bad og toilet, super godt Wi-Fi og sidst men ikke mindst! en hel fantastisk beliggenhed.
