The breakfast ladies really took pride in their work. Made sure breakfast was delish and sparkling clean all three mornings. Always greeting guests with a smile.
The rooms were clean and always plenty of towels.
The pool is a bit small but VERY clean. Would def stay again without a doubt.

There was hair in our tub and food in the fridge from the previous guest. The staff was less than friendly.

Property was clean, breakfast above average for this tier of hotel, beds and bedding comfortable, and desk staff was pleasant for check in. However we departed after one night to another hotel so we could actually sleep. People one floor above us apparently were chasing each other around the room. So much noise it could be heard in the breakfast area. Lodging complaints to staff ineffective, as I was told we should expect noise because they had many children at the hotel. Ummm - NO !! The kids were not the problem, and this racket was far beyond acceptable. I average about 6 nights a month in hotels. This is my one and only experience having to depart to another hotel because of other guests behavior.

I’ve stayed in many hotels and Shay had the most utmost customer service in any hotel I’ve been in. The cleaning staff was amazing. I have already recommended this hotel and they stood a night. I’m part of an organization that has many members and I’ve already recommended the hotel as a stay for when they visit Nebraska. Again Shay was amazing.
