This hotel is supposed to be a smoke free hotel. Our room clearly smelled like smoke. Staff refused to move us to another room, even though I could see that there were open rooms being marketed on Expedia. We chose this hotel based on a high rating in Expedia. The high rating didn’t meet reality. Stay away from this place.

The night shift lady was sleeping and nobody could get help. The shuttle driver said he couldn’t get a hold of her either. The a/c unit in my room sounding like a jet engine. Couldn’t sleep. Remote was missing from room. When I got off elevator, the floor by the ice machine was all torn up and nasty to look at.
