Disappointing place with illogical renovations
Posted 13 Nov 2021 on HotelsIt was good that I could arrange a late check in through a locker type system. The hotel is situated close to a tram stop, by the nice parks in the city, and some amazing views of you have front facing rooms.
There have been some recent renovations following COVID-19, but they are still doing the work. Occasionally some parts were incomplete liike tiling right spaces. There is intended accessible rooms, but do not live up to the expectations as the seats are too far away from the shower and the toilet has no support.
The stay for progressively worse, here are a few pointers.
The swimming pool is small, good for aqua aerobics not swimming. It is private and there are extra costs.
massage was terrible, making muscles more sore than relaxed. We agreed to book for 60min, but then was told, without reason, it can only be 30min.
Room was not cleaned properly, bed not made, tea tray not cleaned.
Tea cups were not replaced, only washed at the sink.. Poor hygiene.
Breakfast was typical continental and was average. No personally made options, and few gluten free foods
