THIS IS NOT AN AIRPORT HOTEL MOTEL!! FALSE ADVERTISING!! IT IS 18 KM (35 MIN) DRIVE FROM THE AIRPORT! LUNA WANTS 150 EURO FOR ROUND TRIP TRANS FROM AIRPORT. EVEN CABS WANT 50 TO 80 EURO EACH WAY. AS I COULD NOT KNOW THIS WHEN I BOOKED I DID NOT GO AND GOT NOTHING FOR MY EXPENDITURE.

We are very sorry that the name of our hotel might have mislead your perception of our location. The hotel position is easily consultable on the Expedia page of the hotel, with distances from nearest towns and airports clearly indicated. Regarding the rate of the transfer, since our hotel does not have a property shuttle connection to the airport, we use to contact a transfer driver who applies the average taxi fare for that kind of distance.
We hope that our explanations might have clarified the reasons that lead you to a misleading evaluation of our Hotel.

Handy base for exploring Lago Maggiore.
Posted 10 Sep 2018 on HotelsVery helpful friendly reception staff. The hotel is comfortable with a spacious room with a small seating area outside the patio door. Breakfast is nothing special but not bad. The secure underground parking is useful. The wifi worked well.

Pros: I liked the waitress at the dinning area
her interaction with the children was so proffessional
Cons: every thing about the hotel was just as i expected
Location: i think children's play area will attract more tourists with families
very peaceful and calm hotel and i liked the few people that i met who would stop and say hello

Posted 14 Jul 2015 on HotelsNot really near anywhere. The room was a good size, clean and reasonabky modern. Only thing that made it odd was the lack if other guests. Didn't see another person in my stay there but that made parking a breeze!

Pros: Location, cleanliness, breakfast included.
The young woman at the reservation desk who greeted us was lovely and helpful. Her suggestions for the day and where to have lunch in Arona were most enjoyable. In the evening, a gentleman at the desk directed us to a restaurant nearer the hotel for dinner, not near the lake. Our fault for not being specific. All in all, a good choice for a close location to the airport.

All you really want when you are on the road
