Staff was very nice. Quick check on/out. Facility has some issues (what on the coast doesn'). Felt safe and covered parking.

I travel the country frequently. I stay in many different hotel venues from upscale to modest. Each property has its specific role. I find the Pacific Inn to be special. It is a mid range hotel with excellent accommodations. The rooms are spacious & fully equipped. Bed was very comfortable. And the room was very clean. The grounds are not polished but they are neat & orderly.
What is really special is the personal touch. The staff is uniquely friendly and extremely helpful. They are most accommodating to one’s needs. The engagement experience is very non corporate. Refreshing in a time when people are reduced to a number. It is undoubtedly the most friendly hotel that I have been in a very long time. Tom

Checking in and out was super fast. Room was clean and everything worked properly. Will absolutely be coming back for another staycation

Wonderful from the beginning to end of my stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Property in great condition. The included breakfast had everything, eggs, potatoes, meat, waffles, cereals. Room looked recently updated and had everything a person could want. Jetted tub with handheld massaging showerhead was a really nice surprise. Pool area was the cleanest I've seen in a hotel in a long time. Pool was lovely and very peaceful inside the courtyard. Nice to have a balcony and big sliding glass door for fresh air. Desk and chair were perfect for work. There was even a sink next to the microwave and fridge for washing dishes. I wish I could have stayed longer.
