The front desk staff was very friendly and professional. We arrived around 1pm and were told that our room would be ready at 3 pm. We came back at 3 pm and the room was still not ready, waited for another 10 minutes to check in. The hotel is right on the corner of two streets. Our room was on first floor facing the Main Street, the noise from the street was unbearable at night. The linens and one of the pillows smelled sweat. The bed backboard had tears and dusty. Overall we did not like the experience given we paid more than 150 euros per night plus 15 euros for the parking.

Everything in this hotel was great! stuff/Breakfast/ rooms .. I recommend everyone stay in this hotel!

Stayed two nights. Good location. People at deak were helpful. Brwakfast was good

Staff was very nice and helpful. I'd love to stay again in my following trips to Sarajevo.
