I checked into this hotel last minute after an issue with the previous property. The staff were so incredibly friendly and kind.
My room had a great view, was clean, and comfortable. I didn't pack a swimsuit but would have loved to check out the sauna/pool.
Located in a really convenient area if you want to stay and explore old Edinburgh.

Staff was extremely unpleasant to a person. Breakfast was expensive and mediocre. Got three fire alarms in one night, including one that forced out to go out in the rain.
