I made a request for the room that they place away from the noisy street so they gave me a room overlooking the railroad tracks…with trains choo-chooing at all hours..unbelievable!!

Liked how close we were to the Metro station. Would have been nice if it had a pool with a hit tub.

LIMITED LINEN SERVICE, DIDN'T MAKE BEDS, DIDN'T REPLACE USED GLASSES, DIDN'T FULLY REPLACE TOWELS, AND WASH CLOTHS. IF YOU ARE PAYING OVER $400 PER NIGHT TO STAY IN A HILTON HOTEL, WHY CAN'T YOU GET ROOM SERVICE, I WENT TO THE FRONT DESK, BUT NOTHING WAS DONE!! I HAVE STAYED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, WILL I STAY A THIRD TIME, I THINK I'LL GO THE "HOLIDAY EXPRESS" AND SAVE THE MONEY!! RICHARD PITTS
