Hotel service was fantastic. Upgrade was enthusiastically offered.
The beach is amazing. The street leaves a lot to be desired.
The dining building is OK - not quite up to the 5-star standards of some of the other high end Israeli hotels, but the food was plentiful.

I recently stayed 2 nights at Carlton Tel Aviv visiting from Australia. My thoughts were that the customer service was friendly and helpful, the room and hotel property/amenities overall was very well presented and clean. I would recommend trying the buffet breakfast by the beach if you happen to stay there. Overall great location, I had hired a car and was a bit unsure about parking though I had read that there was parking 350ft away. However to my convenience there was/is paid underground parking where the hotel is located and a lift that took me straight to the reception. Had a wonderful stay and I personally think a great hotel to stay in Tel Aviv.
