It is a nice hotel generally in a great location - directly downtown with restaurants and shops around.
What made the stay not so nice is that we had to search for someone during breakfast time to get another coffee. Also generally there were only two people in this hotel who smiled and were very welcoming. With all others you get the impression they are unhappy and it comes across quite unfriendly.
The fitness center is not usable - almost everything is very outdated and broken (it is safe to run outside around the port and marina though).
