Towels had stains, the bathroom had ants, the non-smoking room smelled strongly of smoke, felt unsafe outside, deadbolt didn't close completely, no option for an early breakfast.

The room smelled so bad there was roaches every where!

My apologies that your experience was not what you expected. We are working to correct those issues. You were in a smoking room but we are trying different air purifiers not sprays. We have a professional pest control company come in once month. We have scheduled additional appointments for them to address if there is an issue and to handle it appropriately. Was very clean room my kiddos loved it! Bed are comfy and great prices! The breakfast was sooooo good to I recommend!! And staff was super friendly!

Thank you for the review. You stayed three nights and you were asked each day if you needed anything. If you leave the privacy sign on your door, housekeeping will not knock. If you had any issues, you should have brought them to the front desk so they could have been resolved. It was a pleasure meeting you though.

Very outdated and in need of repairs. Very unappealing appearance. The office/check in area was nice and the breakfast was about like other places that we have stayed but the room left a lot to be desired.
