The young man and the front desk was amazing!! I should have gotten his name, He was super nice and appeared to really like his job. His kindness made me overlook the imperfections in other areas.

Not recommended! Wifi won’t work. And I was blindsided by a $75 pet fee that was never mentioned.

Everything was outstanding. The hotel was being remodeled and our floor and room was excellent. The only comment would be that the directory sent you to end of the hall south for ice. Nothing was there so I assume it was part of the renovation. Ice was available down the hall from the lobby. Maybe cover up the sign till installation is complete. We will stay here again on next visit to Overland Park.

Pros: Rooms were clean, and the staff was excellent. Cons: spa was closed. After a long day of traveling, we were ready for a hot soak. TV reception was terrible. 40 some channels & only about 4 came in. Othered were pixelated & unwatchable. Breakfast was so-so. Liked that they had fresh made waffles. The sausage patties had a funny taste.

Everything was good. Except the site says jetted spa and when we go there it was out of order.
