Casa Blanca br Kit

The room, facilities and staff where all good. The reason I am giving 3 stars is we had no hot water the night we got there and no water the next morning. Even after telling the staff two hours later when we need to leave we still had no water.

浴槽付きの部屋だったのに浴槽の栓がなくて使えなかった。
セブ市内に住んでいる者だが、自宅とは比べ物にならないほどこのホテルには大量のハエがいる。なぜ？

スタッフの方のいつも素敵な笑顔で、とても丁寧なサービスをしていただきました！！朝ごはんもディナーもすごく美味しかったです。大満足！ありがとうございました！

スタッフの方がとても親切で、お料理も美味しくゆっくりとした時間を過ごすことができました。
セキュリティの面でも、常に見回りをし、安心な空間を提供していただけたのでとても素敵な旅行になりました。
