I had reserved a room with two twin beds and was given only one full size bed. Room needs more lighting in the restroom.

We always like to book this hotel because it offers us everything we need when we are in Lisbon.
Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in the heart of the city

Helpful and friendly stuff.
The hotel is great for exploring the city or if you need short distances to the airport.
Rooms are absolutely ok.

Too far away from the city center. The temperature of the shower water is uncontrollable, it is immediately hot and at the moment cold.The bottle gel in the shower was empty, we had to call in order they bring the gel to the room. The restaurant was terrible. Only buffet because of the lack of employees to prepare varieties of plates.
