The property was being remodeled on the 2nd floor. Even though we were staying due to major plumbing issues at our home (no water for 48-72v hrs), we needed to stay at a local hotel until plumbers were done w/ work. The room was comfortable , clean & had almost everything we needed. Body soap bottle was empty, but again we brought all our needs w/ us. Trash cans were a bit small, & we saw a maid down the hall & got more trash bags. Front desk staff was wonderful & kind. Asked us how we're doing w/ our home issues. Wish the breakfast area opened earlier than 7 am. I leave at 6:00am for work, my husband leaves at 5:50am, so no coffiee or muffins available at those times. Had to go to fast food drive thru to get it. Other than that, all in all we had a comfortable & very clean room. We did not hear very much noise while there. Would stay again if need be in future.

The bathroom was not cleaned! Dirty used soap open on counter, a dirty washcloth hanging from shower rod,only one towel in bathroom. Tv cut out service all night, room keys never worked kept having to have the guy at desk come unlock door w a Machine. The room smelled of mildew. Never again!!!! This place is disgusting for $127 a night!

I realize they were under construction, but kept a little bit better. I didn’t notice that the pool would be closed

They had a technical problem that delayed our check-in. Breakfast was very limited. The low battery beeping on the fire alarm went off our entire stay. Staff was mostly kind but shared that they are extremely short-staffed in housekeeping. The bathroom was dirty and there were stains and burn holes in the comforter.

First off when we checked in the staff member told us to go to room 301. When we went to our room, the bed was unmade there were cups on the end tables and it smelt like weed really bad. So we went down to the counter and switched rooms. The second room was better but it was obvious they don’t clean the bathrooms.

They are renovating so I we didn’t know the indoor pool was closed but we where able to walk across parking lot to use other hotels pool and hot tub. The first room we were assigned was not yet cleaned so we got moved to another room no big deal just a little annoying because we were tired after a long drive. The beds were new and comfy. Really liked in the bath/shower they have shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Even though I brought our own I was like this is nice. Then one of the two key cards didn’t work that we were given no big deal. The staff is very helpful and nice. The breakfast was ok. Don’t expect meat. Waffles where great the eggs where just watery. But, hey what do expect you aren’t eating at a restaurant. I would stay here again. But, call the hotel to make sure the pool is back up and running if you don’t want to walk across parking lot to other hotel to pool and hot tub.
