So bad, didn't stay. Facility is run-down-looks nothing like the pictures online. Homeless wandering around.

Smelled horrible. Like mold. Absolutely disgusting and I would sleep in a car before returning here

The hallways stank of cigarettes and mildew. The lobby was closed the entire time, there was no breakfast, but considering how bad the place was I don't think I would have eaten anything anyway. The mattress had nasty stains under the mattress cover that kept coming off every time I rolled over. The pillows were old and lumpy. There were not enough of the tiny towels to try to dry off with. There was not a working clock and certainly no USB ports to charge anything like a phone. My daughter saw a roach in her room next door to us. We were lucky enough to have a working TV, but my son's room did not.

Room was dirty, cigarette burn holes in furniture, it smelled bad, no extra pillows or blankets in room, fridge stinks, the “breakfast” was powdered donuts, apples, and some small bottles of juice. Over all very ran down and dirty.

The front desk staff were very helpful. My biggest problem was that my room had a bed bug infestation.

Sewer backed up and could not use restroom or shower.

My stay since the beginning was completely awful I was treated with the most rude behavior ever from check in to check out with a dirtiest room hallways and outside areas I've ever seen in my life. I felt like a second rate citizen and was treated as such. Also I noticed they were using all kinds of equipment for bed bugs and stuff in the bottom floor right beneath me and don't even bother to tell me they're doing it I've never felt anything like this before in my life
