We really liked the layout of the room. We were able to put the kiddo to bed and still watch tv since it was a 2 room layout! The AC worked great too! The issues that we had was that there was only 1 small trash can in the bathroom and none anywhere else in the unit. Not nearly enough for a 3 day stay, not even for one. Also, it took 10 minutes for the water to even get warm and longer to get hot and there was not enough water pressure. The pool that we were very much looking forward to was murky and oily on top with lots of debris in it. Its obvious that no one skims it once a day. When we asked for more pillows (the ones we had were tiny) we were told that there were no more available. We ended up having to go buy pillows just so we could have a good night rest. Over all we DID enjoy the room and the space it provided.

This hotel is becoming run down. Rust on the bathtub, outlets that are loose and won’t hold so I can use a blow dryer, water too hot to shower that took a wotkman to come up and adjust.

Roaches crawling in the room, light fixures flashing that would give someone a seizure, someone else clothes in the room. DISGUSTING!!

Blood stains on the curtains. Dirty table end tables. Torn curtains. No hot water in shower.

The room I was assigned to was not clean. The sheets was not change, someone left there specimen on the sheets, there was hair & eye lashes on the bathroom floor and someone’s food in the fridge. They gave me a 2nd room, upon entering it smelled like a dead body and mildew. Finally I was given a 3rd room and it had clean sheets but food in fridge, SMH! I have stayed there previous and it was exceptional, but this go-round they get 0.0 STARS!
