For the cost, it was an average value. We enjoyed the staff, who were very courteous and polite. The facilities were clean. But they were very dated. The sheets definitely needed updated, as did the extra blankets. There were some burn marks as well as stains on the blankets and sheets. The mattresses were thin and offered minimal support. We were grateful for the rooms we had, but they certainly needed updating.

I like the size of the room we booked, and it was very clean too. The best part was the friendly staff and the excellent morning breakfast. We will stay here again on our way to Galveston, TX

I would like a refund. This property was not in a condition to stay. We were not going to keep our 2 year old within these conditions. There were urine stains, used rags, and hair in different spaces in the room. I will be happy to provide pictures. Please reach out to me and let me know what my refund options are.

Your satisfaction is important to us and we researched into the issue and found out that we had cleaned the room so we are unsure of the issues you highlighted, however as your satisfaction is the prime focus and in terms of the refund, I checked and confirmed that the Expedia has requested us for a refund and we had authorized a full refund from our side already. I do not have the option to attach the screenshot but on our hotel partner page it clearly shows Hotel Waived Fee of 117.22Additionally, this was a prepaid reservation, that means you paid to Expedia and they pay us deducting their commission amount, so technically we have not even charged you, and also we have waived off any charges on Expedia so you should have already gotten your money back from Expedia.I would kindly request you to check with Expedia in regards to why have you not received the money. I hope that you will consider staying with us again so that we can have another chance to provide you with a superior experience. Very clean. Much nicer than the others nearby. The hotel mgr or front desk clerk acknowledged us by name and our fur baby. He was very polite. I was very pleased with our stay.

Great one night stay. Check-in was really fast & efficient. We also enjoyed the breakfast.

Poorly staffed but staff was very very nice and accommodated their best. Pool was not very clean. Elevator call button broken/exposed on our floor. Housekeeping called once a day early morning so our room never got cleaned up on our two night stay. Bathroom supplies were minimal-one bad if soap, one shampoo one conditioner one lotion which were used up after one person. Had to ask for extra towels often but easy to get.
