We had an amazing two-night stay. The hotel staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely attentive. The hotel itself is fresh, clean, and newly renovated, so we felt at home for our short stay and quite comfortable. I have to say it’s been one of my favorite hotel stays in recent history. I definitely recommend.

I recently visited Okinawa in December 2023. My children and I stayed at the Yenn’s Marina Inn Mercy in Ginowan City. To say that our stay was enjoyable would be an understatement, because it was a wonderful experience! Over the years, I have stayed in various hotels. However, I must say that this Condominium Hotel was the best by far. The hotel was clean, efficient, and well-managed. The reason for this was most definitely their outstanding staff. The staff was attentive to our every need. They were professional and extremely friendly. The staff went above and beyond to assist my family during a period when my daughter was sick. They provided soup and inquired about her well-being throughout. They were also extremely respectful and courteous during a visit from my children’s grandmother during our stay. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff at Yenn’s Marina Inn Mercy was to me and my children during our stay. The level of customer service that they provided, in my opinion, is second to none. In the future, if you are traveling to Okinawa, I highly recommend that you stay at this hotel.

Great quiet small hotel with friendly staff. The TV is a little small. Recommend change it to bigger one like a 50 inch or above.

My family and I stayed here during the typhoon because our home lost power. My Kids are 4 yr and 2yr old it was kid friendly. Check in was very easy. Upon checkin the worker gave my two kid a kids bath bomb which they loved! Also myself bath salts. They had free breakfast which was great! The rooms were very clean and had a kitchenette which was a huge plus. They had a nice dinning area and had a happy hour. Where you can get drinks, snack and order a meal. Highly recommend this place. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. 10/10 very great!

Highly recommended - so many good things to say!

Our stay was fantastic. The property was clean comfortable, and user friendly. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, even when we had a little trouble with the language (Google translate helped!). The breakfasts were very generous portions, with enough for a lunch to go. We didn't have a chance to take advantage of their happy hour, but it looked fantastic, too. Our son was living near by, so it was very convenient for him to pick us up and go anywhere on the island. We can't say enough about how nice the staff was to us. They seemed genuinely concerned about us and our happiness with the accommodations. Highly recommended!
