Beautiful, quiet place to stay in the Nago area. Top notch facilities, amenities and staff. If you like nature, this is a great place to stay!

部屋の外からドアを開けるような高い音が鳴り続いていた

サービスも素晴らしく、建物やお部屋も素敵だったのですが、部屋の近くから、古いドアを開けるような高い音がしてなかなか眠れませんでした。朝も7時位からその音がし始めて、目が覚めてしまいました。お手洗い付近で更にその音は大きく聞こえました。部屋内は引き戸で、ドアは玄関しか無いので、何の音だったのかは分かりません。エレベーターの近くの部屋でした。

Ok Okinawa Stay!

Overall the stay was pretty good! Buffet breakfast was quite yummy, would have appreciated a wider variety of fruits. Free transport to restaurant was very lovely, the wait for buggy service from spa was rather long as seemed to only have one buggy. Check in process was slow and after asking for preference of welcome drinks, none arrived even after a good duration of 20-30minutes. Gym equipment half of which were not even in working condition, which was rather shocking. The swimming costume dryer appliance was extremely dirty and put us off from using it. Nonetheless, the service was good and hotel rooms were decent!

The venue is gorgeous ! Ocean and golf views are both very nice. Lot of nature around and inside the resort. The interior design is refined, the rooms very comfortable and spacious. Staff very careful and efficient, the food is tasty. A wonderful Christmas time in a venue we will definitely visit again during a next trip to Okinawa!

Absolutely beautiful place. Nice bay view over the golf course. Spacious room with outstanding friendly staff. Breakfast was great, had both western and Japanese style breakfast.

We had a wonderful time here for our anniversary. We enjoyed the spa and the on site restaurants. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I had mentioned our anniversary while booking the room, and they went above and beyond making our stay feel special. They decorated our room and had a special dessert made for us. It was a great experience and we will be back for sure. I highly recommend!
