The hotel was clean and comfortable. We were placed equally between Chatan and Naha

I enjoyed staying at The Grand Hotel Ginowan. I cannot say enoigh about the staff. They were very pleasant, helpful and courteous. Thanks ever so much for Sabina. She was such a pleasure to interact with and actually helped me with the Japanese language. She's a beautiful person, inside and out. Absolute asset for the business. Thank them all for a wonderful stay.

Room was great, clean and of good size. The carpark is ample and easy to access. The Family Mart at Level 1 makes it even more convenient.

Amazing staff!!! Everyone is sooo sweet and amazing. I enjoyed my mini vacation here. Will definitely come back to this hotel

Location is great, close to shops, restaurants and sites. Staff is great and will ensure you have a great stay, there is a Family Mart located in parking lot and is open 24 hrs.
