I will start by saying, Do NOT stay here. We arrived at this run down, disgusting looking building at check in time to find a back in 20 minutes sign and a sign out the front with names and rooms (ours had my incorrect name using my middle name). The room assigned to us was locked, so we waited the 20 minutes, which turned into two HOURS until some helpful person called the owner for us, who told us that the room we were meant to be in was not the one on the paper.
The room we received was filthy, dust everywhere, place was run down, aircon was on its last legs (you had to pay for it in 90 minute intervals), the matts were uncomfortable and the bedding felt horrible and scratchy, the bathrooms were shared and were completely gross, the bathtubs hot tap was also locked up with metal wire,the toilet had wires jerry rigged around the room and was so bad that using a public restroom was preferable, the kettle was broken, the washing machine and dryer were disgusting (also had to pay for them) and lights shone directly into your room from the next building over.
The entire stay we did not hear from the owner and every day we left we saw the back in 20 minute sign.

This place is a safety risk with illegal wiring at head heigh, concrete cancer and rusted through steel structures and water damaged ceilings and walls. One bedsheet had a pubic hair on it but the rest seemed clean. You had to pay extra for a hot shower and for air conditioning. Expedia should never sell accommodation to this place because of safety. We were in 4th floor and I had to carry 110kg of luggage up by hand. Creepy cctv camera focused on our rooms, no privacy.

ドアが閉まらないということは今まで一度もありません。 ただ、ドアのが錠の取り扱いがちょっと難しいところがるので、そこら辺からの問題かと思われます。もし、フロントに連絡をいただけたなら、どうにかお手伝いできたと思うだけです。。出来たら、電話をください。どうにか説明したいと思います。。

古い建物ですが、今回シングルで８畳間、３２型の液晶が入った居心地よい部屋でした
また、支配人の方には、チェックアウトの日、夜まで快く荷物預かっていただき助かりました

安い民宿です。
対応は柔軟で良いです。
ただ、安いだけあって部屋は期待しない方が良いです。
オキナワに連泊する場合はここだと無理です。
ギャラクシー便などで沖縄へ来て、数時間寝る分には大丈夫です。
