Family friendly The castle nearby completely destroyed. No upgraded room available for my 4 persons family.

Room excellent and clean but customer services 👎 we got to the check-in at 1 am and at the time of leaving we asked for a late checkout and we were told to pay 1000.00 yen per late checkout hour, which I think was unfair…

Overall was good but bathroom has order was bad like old second hand store smell other than that was good
