I had booked a non smoking, king bed room and they only had a smoking room. We have allergies so that didn’t work. We also needed a first floor room and they ended up giving us a non smoking room on the second floor with 2 queen beds. Not what we asked for but the girl at the front desk did what she could.

The beds were not properly built and made noise when ever you laid on them. Loud springs noises. We requested the room to be service half way through our stay, room was never serviced. Had to go to front desk for towels. Had to take out our own trash.

Overall our stay was good. However, there was a problem with the HVAC unit which we reported to management. Nothing was ever done to resolve the issue. Fortunately, it didn’t cause a problem.

Booked a King room and they double booked the room. Ended up with a double queen room. Attempted to switch to correct room and they gave me 15 minutes to change rooms and I was in a conference. Breakfast was not cold and bland.

Very nice room. Felt safe while there. TV didn't work though. Which is my only complaint.
