The staff and hotel were excellent. Shops were not close which was the only inconvenient matter.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Aeon Mall Okayama is closer, so we recommend using it for dinner or a little shopping.We look forward to seeing you again when you come to Okayama.

Very small room with step up into bathroom. The step felt dangerous and annoying for myself who has an ankle injury. Otherwise, the hotel was very good. Besides being close to the JR station the best advantage was that the large Aeon Mall was across the street through the hotel back door. It was so closeby. Mall had a food court and the main floor had a large grocery store. Very convenient.
