Staff at Nikko were courteous and helpful: room service is thorough; receptionists speak very good English. We would like to especially thank Bianca for her extra effort in helping us. Very happy with our stay.

Very good access to Oita Station and the shopping and eating area. The room was a bit small and we had trouble with the water pressure in the sink. Parking was a bit difficult if you plan to take your car out and return after 11PM.
