Great ocean view while eating breakfast on the open porch.

We originally reserved a room with one double bed, we spent one night in a tiny room which never should have been rented. It was hard for two people to move around. The porch was just off the room and the light was on shining all night in our room. The air conditioner was banging every three minutes. Despite this the next morning we confronted the manager and told him the room was unacceptable. Both the young lady at the front desk were exceptionally professional and kind. They immediately moved us to a better get room with two queen beds at no extra charge! The staff that kept the dining area clean as well as the housekeeping staff were not only friendly but worked very hard as was obvious by the cleanliness of the dining area and the rooms. We were very impressed and will definitely return

The grounds we very well kept. Location was okay not too far from little shops. Overall pretty convenient.

Location is excellent! The view from the lawn chairs was amazing! Right on marginal way walk and steps from town. Leave car parked and walk everywhere. Access to the beach with a short walk. Only prob was loud fridge we unplugged.
