Patrick at the desk was super nice, he made my check in very pleasant. The grounds are beautiful with the water and sitting area in the back.

Very outdated, needs many upgrades. 3 levels of stairs to get down to our room were very slippery in the pouring rain. Slipped a few times carrying our luggage in and out. The bathroom could use some hooks or small bench to put what you need after showering on. The view was nice and the balcony was nice, but the outdoor table was broken and full of mold. The furniture is a old, outdated, worn, and just ugly. Location was convenient to downtown Ogunquit.

The views from the first floors back units are absolutely gorgeous. Travelled with an elderly family member and it was difficult for her to get around, lots of stairs and inclines.
