The onsen is always a nice little extra at this chain of hotels

Thank you for staying at APA Hotel . As you say, the hotel has a large communal bath. It is available free of charge to guests. It is popular with many customers because it allows you to stretch your limbs and relax.

Convenient location.
Posted 11 Aug 2020 on HotelsClose to train station. Lots of shops and restaurants near by. Room temperature cannot be controlled. No usb charging ports. Room bathroom exhaust not working. Nice buffet breakfast (japanese and western style). Walls between rooms are a bit thin. Good public bath.

Great location

The room was very small. The airconditioning was not the best. My room was very stuffy and I had to open my window to circulate air. This was an issue because it was hot and muggy outside. Also, right under my window was Ogaki station so I could hear every train that passed with the window open which made it difficult to sleep. My room was dusty and it looked like the desk around the tv had never been cleaned. When I went into the bathroom the tub had hair in it.

We are very sorry that we could not meet your expectation on your stay.The room was not in the best condition to welcome you and we apologize you for that. We will increase the number of room-checkup before check-in to improve our room making service.
Also, our hotel is right next to JR Ogaki station which gives customers good access, however, on the railway side of the hotel, the noise from the trains might be disturbing. If you request, we can assign your room on the NON railway side of the hotel. So if you will have another chance to come to Ogaki and stay with us again, please let us know next time.
