TV didn't work. Shower handle fell off. When I went to call the front desk, the phone came apart.

Helpfulness of the check-in person in getting my reservation sorted out with Expedia. The room was clean and inviting. The breakfast was not up to standards, though, with only the Belgian Waffle maker providing proper sustenance. The coffee cups did not have matching lids, the two choices of cereals were inadequate, the pastries were unappetizing and the coffee ran out. This was in the last hour of the 6-9am open breakfast time, but it should still be better set out.

Clean and comfortable, there for a family visit, did not eat at breakfast.

Sad and disappointed

When we got to our room the window was open and it was raining and the entire window and wall was wet. One of the wall outlets was missing it’s protected covering and I don’t think the room was vacuumed. We food food, change and crumbs all over the carpet. The mattress was also ripped and falling apart. We contacted the front desk and cleaning lady upon our departure and neither cared or offered an apology. We have stayed here many times, but this was one of the worst experiences we have ever had at a hotel. We come to this area quite a bit and we will not be staying here again.

Im sorry you had a bad expierence with us. I did say sorry and i also said i would take care of it right away. I was also cleaning other rooms when you guys had checked out and left the cards on the desk. I am sorry you didnt here me apoligise i do care about the things wrong with this hotel
