The Elevators were turned on purpose and the fat lady working at 4 am was so lazy she wouldn’t even leave her desk or even stand up to discuss the matter. I was on the top floor and had heavy luggage that I couldn’t carry down the stairs.

Like was the bed. It was comfortable. The whole establishment sink like mildew, old old ventilation units, the online website is terrible misleading and wrong. Their is no fresh made food for breakfast or is just hotel breakfast food even though the site says it's fresh. Carpet was gross sticky, tacky. Iron board was stained with greasy food and the iron leaked considerably. Staff was blind to guest and presented as to ignore them, lastly all the vending machines are broke or out of water and no water available from the hotel. Feel deeply I was taken advantage for money I have to earn through hard work.
