Our room was nice and clean. A mini kitchen with a full size refrigerator was a nice surprise!

Good, but not great
Posted 9 Mar 2024 on HotelsThere were a few little things I expected that weren't there, usb charging ports, notepad, pen.
When I checked in they asked for my credit card to cover incidentals. Before I got to the elevator, they charged it $54, woke up the next morning another $90+. They eventually reversed the charges and just charged the $4/day for parking.
2 of the 3 treadmills in the gym area were out of order.

Room was poor compared to previous stay. Pillows and towels were just awful, sink was clogged and drained very slow, and shower head had so much hard water stains on it. It was definitely not what I would expect from Hilton.
