Staff was friendly and courteous. Beds comfortable. Room clean. Only thing I would change is the breakfast. It's good but the same thing for a week.

Elevator Problem

I booked a stay at this Hotel and arrived to find out it does not have a working elevator. It has been out of operation for sometime yet they continue to book without informing guest of the issue.

The property is in a great location, close to the places we needed to go. The staff in nice and thoughtful. The breakfast room was clean and the food was great. The property is close to the mall and doctors appointments we needed to go to.

Unpleasant stay

Not good. Elevator not working. Torn carpet in room. Hair on clean towels. PD on location for disgruntle employee. Not very clean.

Elevator was broken. The shiwer in the room had horrible water pressure
