Excellent hotel, with great accommodations, but most importantly, absolutely amazing stuff! During my two stays with them, there was no instance when they could not address my request, or provide solution to the problem. They made me a breakfast to go when I could not stay for breakfast, they made me coffee at 6 o’clock in the morning, and when I forgot my clothes in my room after I already checked out, they sent my bag with the taxi driver to the airport. I will definitely consider this hotel next time I’m visiting Odessa.

A fantastic place to stay
Posted 13 Nov 2019 on HotelsThis is a great clean, wonderful place. Al the people were helpful. Most of the normal hours we a young man who spoke very good English. It is a wonderful value for the money. The managing General Partner is on site and extremly helpful and a very nice man.

Thank you for sharing your impressions about our boutique hotel. We tried very hard for your stay to leave good and positive memories. Sorry for the inconvenience, but according to the rules of the hotel you had to pay for all the accommodation, and we made concessions to you, took the payment by parts. The administrator paid for a taxi from the airport. Reservation was made for a long period, but in the end you left and the room was booked behind you, but you didn’t returned.

Excellent service, staff very accomodating to all my requests, nice breakfast, centrally located,.large room and bathroom.
To be aware of:
- No refrigerator in the room
- No lift (however the building has only three floors)
- Traffic from the road outside is audible
Very satisfied with my stay, would definately stay here again
