The staff was the most amazing collection of talent and I was blown away by the service by Clive, Ivan (the terror), all the security guards (over the top helpful with local places and how to get there safely). Everyone genuinely loves working there. I will returning in three weeks!

It is close to the town center of Ocho Rios. Shopping for anything was walking distant there is a balcony overlooking the carribean sea and the rooms were well kept. The staffs were friendly The wifi was poor and the the tv in the rooms are small.

Ive stayed at this property many times and is becoming dilapidated! There is no upkeep occurring on any of the interior or exterior ( except the lobby). I was actually shocked at how run down it has become, particularly the exterior and seaside.

Continental breakfast was two slices of bread, butter and coffee. This was horrible. There is no beach, pool or anything to entertain oneself. There is no internet access for guess, the television does not work. The bed springs were all damaged so you felt like you were sleeping on a deflated bed. The plumbing in the bathroom was also faulty. I am so sad and hurt that i trusted Expedia and they recommended this property to me. I am losing my confidence in them.

As it relates to the issues mentioned, please note the following: the items served for continental breakfast are the items agreed on by the booking agent. A beach is on property. The pool is not in service, this was so noted on the booking page, wifi is available to all guests. The password can be obtained at the front desk. Plumbing issues may arise but once report it would have been corrected or a room change been given.
