Had a great stay with Keisha. The house was clean, with AC units in each bedroom and there were two bathrooms. The interior decor was relaxed, warm and inviting. The property was in a good location where you could access Dunns River and Blue Hole. Overall an excellent stay. Just a heads-up, read the fine print in the booking. There is a local charge cleaning fee that is paid on check-in. There is also a security deposit due the same time that will be given back if no property damage.

We booked this property for 5 days but barely stayed there. No air in the living room only the bedrooms. Ceiling fans does not work. Standing fam is old and dirty. It’s a nuance trying to reach the host when guest are trying to come through for a visit. Broken fixtures and only had use of one shower as the main bathroom does not have a properly functioning shower head. We were cordial with the host and kept her in the know with our issues. We left the property in tip top shape and possibly just one trash can in bathroom with half filled. This host texted us a barrage of “broken” items including a busted pipe from the yard which is tucked away behind the trash can. The landscapers were there during our visit so if they damage anything on the outside of the property why are we being blamed. Also I videoed the property when leaving to show all was in the same condition as I got the home. In my video it shows all curtains up and where they should be yet the host sent me a video with the curtain rod torn down on the front room. It seems these are old videos they may be sending out to not pay back your deposit. How petty of this host to try and scam us out of $100 USD. This will be the reason Jamaicans get a bad rep. I’m so disgusted

We take very great care and pride to ensure all our guest have a comfortable stay at our property. This guest did not stay at the property but allowed over 16 persons to visit and they cause a number of damages. We did everything we could to accommodate them but when we told them about the damages, they denied and start making up new issues that were not mentioned during the stay. The cost of repairs is beyond a security deposit but we will have these resolved to ensure the next guest can enjoy this vacation home. We wish all the best for the future.
