Our room was dirty and the time share sell was HARD when we had a short stay. It was frustrating. Otherwise, staff was friendly and property was in great location. Parking was a bit pricey. We also got called to our room a few times and nobody was there when we picked up. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Rediculous parking fee. A total rip-off. Continuous attempts to sell me a time share. Extremely annoying.

This is a timeshare trap they make you go to the sales agents to get your room, keys and inexplicably. They turned our keys off four times so we had to go back and get their sales pitch each time in addition they find it necessary to call you and take you away from your family while you’re trying to have a nice vacation and give you another sales pitch. Avoid this place all they wanna do is sell you a timeshare and if you say no, they hold your keys hostage. In addition my room smelled like sewage on the seventh floor I spoke to two individuals about it. They assured me they would have engineering come up, but nobody did so we just slept with the window open, can you imagine when I brought it to their attention at my exit they said, oh we’re sorry we will share this information with our management. Other words tough luck, Lady.
