It’s definitely old school style hotel at the beach but even with age they have kept everything very nice. The only complaint I think I have were the mattresses were very worn out and uncomfortable. Other than that We loved our stay here. The staff were nice, thoughtful, and helpful.

The manger that was on duty was absolutely amazing. She handled multiple wrong bookings like a pro. We love ocean shores and it was out first time staying here. Like most places here a lil run down but it was a fantastic stay!

We really liked the pool and game room. With bad weather it’s nice to have indoor activities. The condo we stayed in was old and worn but big enough for us. It said it sleeps 7 but it only has dishes for 4 so how is that supposed to work? It definitely lacked in the kitchen area. Maybe guests don’t actually use it but with a family of six we did or tried to. You de will need to be creative.The heat on one room didn’t work and one of the heaters in the living room was very noisy so hopefully they get those fixed.

Bad beds, old and dirty carpet, unpleasant smell. Lots of people with dogs

Stains all over the bathroom and room floors, hot water did not work resulting in us not being able to shower, and a manager who refused to communicate with us directly. Overall one of the dirtiest and worst hotels I've ever stayed at.

Hi Mursaleen,Our team always try to accommodate our guests. My front desk agent spoke with me at the time of this incident. She called you back in the room to offer a few suggestions to help get the hot water moving. This is when we learned that you had actually showered and there was indeed hot water while you showered. The economy hotel room you booked is a small, basic room with 2 queen beds. The hot water tank is a smaller one. Unfortunately, if all hot water was drained the water would take about 15 - 20 minutes to heat back up. We offered a free upgrade to a 1 bedroom with full kitchen with a much larger hot water tank to better fit your needs to which you refused. We also gave you a discount despite the hot water actually working. Our goal is to help our guests have a great stay. We are here to help our guests find the right accommodations to fit there needs. There are larger hot water tanks in the larger rooms. My agent did everything right to help you enjoy your stay. It is understandable, that I will not call an unknown guest off of my personal number. My agent, let you know that I would call you when I got in off of the company phone. Which I did. I tried to call you and the phone # you have provided in your profile is not a valid number. I do apologize that you were not happy with your stay. Our team did try to help you have a much better one. Thank you,
