We stayed one night, May 11 into May 12th. The mini fridge was so uneven that we couldn’t even use it. The tile floors were so dirty. No hot water Sunday morning. It was not an issue for us because we only stayed 1 night, no luggage carts.

Not a bad place at all in the boardwalk. Small stuff like broken floor tile knobs on the furniture broken., but nice enough i would stay again.

Stayed 3days, me and my daughter with a disability booked an Ocean Front Room. On day of arrival room had not heat or heating was broken. 2nd room BED BUGS, BED BUGS! WARNING! 3rd room no hot water, broken patio door. With my daughter’s disability it was very hard (wheelchair) to have to move 3 times for a 3 day 2 night stay. Unfortunately for the first time after a vacation, I was glad to leave and go home!

Unfortunately, since we were unsuccessful in switching you to a different room, we could not look into your concerns in a timely manner. Our maintenance team will look into your other concerns regarding the patio door and hot water.
