We got what we paid for. Not complaining at all. It's bare bones. If you get a room you get a bed , fridge, tv, microwave. Our view was right on the boardwalk and could see and hear the ocean which was equally one of our favorite parts. Slept so good. The downside is just because it can get a little noisy at certain periods because you are right on the boardwalk, but it was nothing overwhelmingly loud. Just be aware that you can hear the sounds of the boardwalk. Would definitely book here again for the price especially over a holiday weekend.

1st time here. They said its going to be knocked down and rebuilt for their 100th anniversary. Staff was very friendly

The room and overall hotel is definitely dated, but they had the most amazing front desk staff. Location is excellent and everything is in walking distance. I loved sitting on the rocking chairs and people watching. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in one of the majestic apartments. I liked how it was an apartment, but it wasn't like dealing with a rental company. It was dealing with a hotel company. It was very simple and easy to get set up. We were lucky enough to get one of the apartments that was detached a block away. So it was a lot more quiet. The property is definitely dated, if you're looking for some modern place this is not it. With that being said though it was very clean. Which I'm not going there to stay in a hotel I'm going there to spend time on the beach and boardwalk.
