The staff was very nice and accommodating. The oceanfront room was amazing, clean and bright and large with kitchen and living room area. The bathroom and tub was also roomy. There is an indoor pool as well as an outdoor pool and separate outdoor kiddie water play area and the hotel was right on the beach. Parking was included. And the boardwalk was only a short walk from the hotel. We took the tram from our end of the boardwalk to the other end around dusk to enjoy several hotels of walking along the busy parts of the boardwalk before taking thd tram back to the hotel end of the boardwalk right before midnight.

I love Hilton! This is the first hotel since Covid where I didn’t have to ask for daily towel changes - they just happened - like pre-Covid. I love the fact that the suite is actually clean. It smelled clean. The beds smelled clean, the towels smelled clean. The suite has a kitchen and the silverware was clean. The dishwasher was clean. To top it off laundry was across the hall and the washers and dryers were very clean. Laundry is free - even the detergent and dryer sheets. Our suite overlooked the pool and I saw staff continually doing loops picking up little pieces of trash. One guy was testing the chemicals in the pool routinely. Very clean. My daughter tossed her bathing suit over our balcony and it landed in the pool area (which wasn’t busy at the time). By the time I got on the elevator, went down 3 floors and got to the pool it was picked up and hanging in lost and found. It was literally minutes from when it happened. Everyone was pleasant. We also ate dinner and breakfast there. Very good and reasonably priced. This is my favorite OC MD hotel and I’m an OC “lifer” - I’ve been coming for over 50 years.

Shower head wasn’t clean and the tub had black stuff coming out the jetted part.
