Three nights visit to the north of Alsace.
Posted 12 Jan 2024 on HotelsHaving stayed in September for two nights we were looking forward to our return. Our three night stay was disappointing as our room was not attended to at all - soaps had to be collected from reception on the second day, the rubbish was never collected & the long corridor to our room was dirty, with dust & general dirt. Breakfast was fine & the dining room staff were pleasant. Having quietly pointed out the shortcomings at reception twice, there was an indifferent response. It was a sad reflection on what our previous visit had made on us.
