Nice attempt to revive old rooms, great bathroom upgrades and clean and comfortable overall. The public areas and walls in the rooms are desperate for a coat of paint. The staff were transactional on check in and hard to find on check out, just left the keys after waiting 20 mins. Good location, easy parking and would stay again.

Front desk went out of there way to make sure we had a room to stay in without us being able to communicate with them for a late check-in. We arrived at 11:45pm. Fortunately they had emailed us info on the room and location of key for it. We had a great sleep.

Small hotel with bar/restaurant on the street level. Comfortable bed. I don't think I'd want a room on the street side. It could be noisy. Excellent location on the main street in Oban. Convenient parking in the back of the hotel.

We liked our stay at The Scott. The hotel does not look fancy outside, but that does not matter. The bed was good, the bathroom very clean with great shower products. No fridge available. Our room was facing the main Street what was nice. Parking was easy (although it seems that spaces are limited) and very convenient when travelling by car. Check in and check out easy. The hotel is well located and we can really recommend it. We would stay again.

Lovely hotel for one night. In an amazing location, easy to walk everywhere and with a comfortable bed. Staff was okay, not overly friendly, but had an overall pleasant stay.
