If you require dinner there are no convenient times for reservations unless you’re in a “group “. Yes, there are plenty of pubs, but it’s expensive. The shower is low pressure. The staff are sweet, but their collective answer is we have a group, so we can’t take care of you. Oh, there’s Pringles chips in the bar:/pittiful.

The Muthu Alexandra Hotel was a good choice for visiting Oban. Located on the far side of town looking over the seaside walk, you can enjoy a great view of the harbour and the rest of town. It’s walkable to get to both main streets, and also the ferry dock, which opens up the surrounding islands during your visit. I thought it was a good choice for visiting the town.

I thought the hotel was very clean and the bar was very comfortable with amazing views over Oban and all the ferries and boats coming into the bay.

Es un hotel con una muy buena ubicación y estacionamiento en el lugar.
El cuarto espacioso y pintoresco.
Tiene elevador lo cual es conveniente. Desayuno incluido con buffet con varias opciones.
El staff del restaurante un poco desatendido tuvimos que esperar un rato platos y cubiertos.

Overall it did the job. The shower had no pressure, at all. I think my room was close to the kitchen because I heard dishes being made for hours. The walls aren’t very thick, I could hear my neighbour so definitely bring earplugs. The staff and the pool was nice.
