Rude, the staff was so rude I did not stay here

hi:His reservation was made for 2 people, not for 4 people, and it's okay that he only occupied the room just to store his suitcases, but he had to make his reservation for 4 people and the staff was not rude when he told him that his reservation was wrong.

Staff was helpful and property was clean. Location was good, mercado and zocalo was a few blocks away. It is noisy, especially when other guest are in patio/parking area.

Apart from having to pay $250 pesos more a night to have air conditioning, this place is perfect. Superb staff, a few minutes walk to the zocalo, periférico, food, and most conveniences. Definitely recommend this place for any reason to travel. Excellent wifi, super clean and comfortable beds
