The bathtub was too high to be able to use the shower. And they only supply a small bottle of water in the room. We were surprised that the breakfast included was only continental.

Posted 6 Mar 2024 on HotelsVisited Oaxaca for the 1st time. Absolutely fantastic trip. Oaxaca definitely leaves you with the feeling of having visited Mexico. Family friendly & exciting city. Definitely recommend staying in the Centro area. This boutique style hotel couldn’t be better. Entire staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From setting up tours, dinner reservations, taxis nothing was too big or too small. It has an old style charm with modern conveniences. They do not have the hot tub on the roof anymore as shown in the pictures but that did not take away from the beautiful views of the church & city in the cool of the evening. Am definitely going back & staying here in the future!! *****

This was a beautiful, comfortable boutique hotel. A converted convent! The staff is very accommodating and focused on customer service. It's very clean with a lovely complimentary continental breakfast with optional full breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel. It's delightful!!
