The hotel is 1 minute away from Oaxaca's airport. The staff was extremely helpful as I needed to weight my luggage and they saved me as I forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste at a previous location. They were able to arrange a taxi for a 3:00 am flight and needless to say, the snaks and drinks in the fridge were a plus.

The hotel does its job. It is close to the airport, so convenient for early departures or late arrivals. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Outstanding rapid check-in process. Extremely friendly and professional staff, perfectly bilingual. Carried my luggage to the room. And no way shape or form look for a tip, even as I gave him one. He refused, but I insisted.

Im so happy with the staff and cleanliness of this hotel. Very safe and quite. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Absolutely loved it !! Please stay affordable and clean.
