Unfortunately due to civil unrest I was unable to make my reservation. They were very polite and understanding that the airport shut down and didn't allow entry to anyone. They were very quick with their response and worked with my travel agents to get everything canceled last minute. For this I am much appreciated, as1 hotel became very rude with me over their country shutting down entry.

Staff was extremely kind. Their travel agent Carmen is amazing, she booked us trips and made sure we were safe. We didn’t know that there was a teacher’s strike and many streets around our hotel were a sea of camping tents and tarps strung across the roads. There were road closures due to the strike. Overall, it was a very nice hotel right in the heart of downtown but apparently we came at a weird time.

I enjoyed the food provided for breakfast, the traditional plates were delicious and filling for a long day of travel. The staff was so welcoming and helped with accommodations. I will definitely return.
