Like: location: near to metro and pier, food: several options for eat around, good relationship between price and quality. Dislike: rare people in the lobby and in the interior corridors. Noisy neighbours.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to stay because I was not feeling safe due to enclosed space and there was no window to allow air into the room. I was feeling claustrophobic. Lots of potential and needs improvements. It was also very noisy due to motorists. This place is not ideal for people who don’t like noise. Staff were all very helpful and friendly.

Staff was great. There was a lot of females walking around half naked not very kid friendly. My room wasn’t serviced at all but other than that it was ok. Great prices and lots of fun across the street and in the area 👌

Great location, clean lobby and rooms with very comfy beds. Onsite parking. The hallways could use some TLC, and not the fault of the hotel, but the train noise from the rail line that runs through Jack London Square goes on all night, so bring your nighttime earplugs. Lots of restaurants in a mixed area. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

Room was horrendous it had bed bugs as the white bedding when I woke up the next morning was covered in blood the floor in the hall was beeping dried as we checked in the shower was squirting out of the top of the shower onto the ceiling the train went past every 20/30 minutes even through the night just left me with trauma and anxiety and feel like itching all the time and had to throw lots of expensive clothes and trainers away due to the problem and also had to leave and find another place to stay after 2 days as we weren't able to stay for our health and safety and there were what looked like ladies of the nights coming and going
